UNIFORM: SINGLET REQUIRED (Deadlift socks required for Deadlift). Deadlift socks must cover the entire shin. You can not wear spandex shorts under your singlet! You must wear a t shirt under your singlet for squats and bench press.
IF YOU ARE OUT OF UNIFORM YOU WILL NOT LIFT!!
*******All bench shirts are allowed in the equipped division. RAW means no bench shirts, knee wraps or suits. Classic Raw means no bench shirts or suits, but knee wraps are permitted. Soft gear is a bench only division using brands like slingshot and bench daddy*********

If you would like to compete in another division (for example: Open and Masters or Full Power and Push/Pull) you can purchase a crossover fee in our store. All sales are final. There will be no refunds. If you can not participate in the meet you paid for, we will give you a credit towards one of our other meets.
